Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Orders are are filled within 48 hours (except on holidays & weekends), but may take longer during periods of high volume (sales, holidays, etc.) You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it's on its way. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2-day. Orders outside the USA are shipped via USPS International or DHL. The Standard Method should take 3-5 business days total. International shipping typically takes 4-7 days, but can take up to 1-2 weeks depending on customs. Expedited shipping options are not available at this time. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not business days in all locations and you may or may not receive deliveries on those days depending on your location. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

A: Everything from Zara Silver Clothing is proudly manufactured in the fabulous USA.
Q: How do I care for my Zara Silver Clothing?
A: We love fabric softener but dancewear does not! Machine or hand wash cool, remove promptly and hang to dry.
Q: What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A Return Form is provided with your order on the backside of the packing slip enclosed with your items. Returns & Exchanges may take up to 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS to process, although often processed more quickly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. Tags must still be attached. Zara Silver Clothing reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. To complete your return, we require the Return Form provided (on the backside of your packing slip) or a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange. You will not be charged again for shipping the exchange to you.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your item is defective or damaged, we will send you a prepaid return label to ship back the item.
